You Are Running Around In Circles

Its a constant complaint of health and fitness veterans who have been through almost every nutrition and fitness program imaginable. But these same people wonder why they still can’t do a pull up, push up or do any other basic movement. This same person also complains about never getting their nutrition right.

One Of the big questions I would ask these people is why did you not stick with the previous programmes. I hear anything from “I got Bored” to ” I was seeing very little Progress”. There maybe a number of things at play here.
