Do you go all in, in January? Do we drop off come February or March?
This is a quick blog to give you motivation, tips and context as to why and how to turn that January enthusiasm into a yearlong (if not longer.) success.
As someone who has been in the industry a few years now, I can see trends and one of the most obvious, is the come in January with all the enthusiasm in the world to then leave in February type of person.
I think we often lose sight of how long you need to commit to something.
Especially if the goal is FAT LOSS.
